Muslim rioters have engaged in two nights of violence and destruction in a sprawling social housing suburbs of the French city of Toulouse.
The riots began after French police arrested a Muslim woman who refused to remove her full face, which is illegal in France, or present acceptable verification of her identity.
So far 18 men have been arrested for the violent which has seen hundreds of police officers deployed to the Muslim majority area.
Reynerie, Bellefontaine and Mirail in Toulouse are just three of multiple areas in France identified as “priority security areas” but are commonly referred to as “no-go- zones”.
These areas are common across Western Europe where Muslim migrants have formed crime ridden ghettos where law is unenforceable and are often off limits to police unless they are heavily armed and in large numbers.
