Police in the UK have are currently hunting for an individual after a 14 year old girl was seriously injured when a car hit a group of children on Saturday afternoon.
The major investigation was launched after the individual believed to be a man driving a silver Vauxhall Astra, deliberately drove towards the group of children on the Stravanan Road in Castlemilk, Glasgow, at approximately 3.30pm on Saturday.
Police say the 14 year old was quickly rushed to Hairmyres Hospital where she currently remains in a stable but serious condition.
They also say three other girls and a boy between the ages of 12 and 14 sustained minor injuries in the incident.
Investigating officers confirmed they are currently searching for the vehicle which drove off towards Birgidale Road, they also say they plan to charge those involved with attempted murder and dangerous driving.
