In what can only be described as horrific and shocking CCTV footage – a video has emerged showing the taxi that ploughed into a group of pedestrians in Russia yesterday.
Police initially believed that the car lost control but since the footage has emerged, they’re re-examining what they first thought to be a freak accident.
The driver can be seen apparently running from the car after the crash as bystanders try and stop him.
