At least 11 people have been injured after a long gunman opened fire inside the Borderline restaurant in the town of Thousand Oaks, California, on Wednesday night.
It is understood that a college event was taking place at the restaurant when the situation developed. Borderline is reportedly a popular spot for college students.
It is unclear at this point whether or not the shooter was apprehended.
