The Sinn Féin have announced its two candidates to run in the Louth constituency in the general election to be held early next year.
Last night the party selected current party President and sitting TD Gerry Adams along with Drogheda councillor Imelda Munster.
The party will be looking a for strong showing this time around as leader Gerry Adams topped the poll in Louth in the 2011 general election winning 21.7% of first preference votes.
