Failed Fine Gael politician Kenny Egan has mouthed off about mixed martial arts, UFC and even Conor McGregor.
The Olympic Silver Medalist claims that the sport is just a fleeting one and that it’s only popular because of Conor McGregor.
The 34-yr-old took to social media to voice his anger and what he claims is just a flash in the pan fan fare.
Egan went on to say:
“Once Conor McGregor retires, it’ll go back to where it belongs, the underground”.
Many on social media defended The Notorious with scalding remarks about Egan’s rise and fall from glory.

“Kenny Egan, you’re just jealous. Unlike you, McGregor is a Champion and a nice guy too. Give over already”
