Storm Callum arrived last night, bringing high winds of up to 130 km/h and torrential downpours. Though damage to infrastructure is so far ‘minimal’, authorities continue to monitor the situation.
Three Status Orange weather warnings remain in place for 13 counties this afternoon as the weather system moves across Ireland.
Storm Callum is expected to be immediately followed by a period of intense rain.
