Storm warning: Weather alerts issued as Storm Diana barrels down on the country


Storm Diana has almost arrived, prompting Met Eireann to issue a number of nationwide weather warnings.

A Yellow Status weather warning will be in effect tomorrow, as Diana brings stormy conditions with high winds and heavy rain.

Six counties have been issued with Orange warnings.

Kerry, Waterford, Cork, Galway, Clare, and Wexford are at particular risk, as gusts of wind are likely to reach 130km/h across these counties.

It will remain relatively mild, with temperatures reaching 15C at times.
