The space organization may start recruiting for teachers, surveyors, engineers, farmers, security personnel, and many other occupations to work in terraformed colonies out in Mars. This may not happen for yet another decade at least though, so make sure you get plenty of experience here on Earth before blasting off to the Red Planet.
