25-yr-old Tina Cahill will now not be in court until Wednesday morning Sydney time charged with the murder of her fiancé David Walsh.

Originally Tina Cahill was meant to be court later tonight (Irish time) but she said she was unable to give video evidence as she was still too distraught.

30-yr-old David Walsh died from stab wounds to his neck following some sort of altercation in the Sydney suburb of Padstow.

Irishwoman 25-yr-old Cathrina (Tina) Cahill has been charged with murdering her fiancé David Walsh by stabbing him in the neck.

According to neighbours, a fight broke out between several people in the house where the couple were staying around 1:20pm Irish time on Friday afternoon.

The fight resulted in the Wexford man ending up on the footpath outside the property.

A 36-yr-old man was also arrested by police but it’s understood he has since been released from custody uncharged and is said to be helping police with their enquiries.

Paramedics were unable to revive David Walsh and he died a short time later.

David Walsh is said to be from Enniscorthy, Co Wexford and has three daughters and is the son of a well known builder in the area.

Tina Cahill is from New Ross in Co Wexford where locals are calling the entire event “an absolute tragedy”.
