Facebook is hiring 3,000 additional people to their 4,500 workforce who already monitor Facebook Live videos so as to prevent people uploading themselves doing acts of violence.
The social media king is launching the new service in response to a tiny number of users abusing the system and committing murder live or suicide.
Mark Zuckerberg said that Facebook is going to do everything it can to prevent such atrocities in the future.
