It has been reported that tens of thousands of people took to the streets of Dublin on Saturday in order to save the Eighth Amendment.
In show of Solidarity thousands of people across the country came together to march together and support the rights of an unborn child.
During the march which was held in Merrion Square thousands of people voiced their disapproval at the Government’s decision to hold a referendum on Ireland’s abortion laws this coming May.
Protesters who have vowed to fight in order to protect Ireland’s unborn children, raised a number of issues including the rights of unborn children who are born with a disability.
The event which went on for a number of hours has been credited by the pro life campaign as one the biggest marches before the upcoming referendum.
