Tensions in Germany over migrant violence have ratchet up again after, yet another German citizen was brutally murdered, and two Afghan migrants have since been arrested for the killing, Sky News reports.
The 22-yr-old German man died of cerebral haemorrhage after he and another man intervened in a brawl between a group of Afghan men and a pregnant woman at a playground in the eastern city of Koethen.
This follows the murder of a man in the city of Chemnitz by two migrants, an Iraqi and a Syria, which sparked large anti-migrant demonstrations that have been condemned by the German government and dismissed as far right rallies by mainstream media outlets across the EU and US.
Now thousands of German citizens have taken to the streets in the city of Koethen to protest against their governments open borders policy which has seen over one and a half million migrants, mostly from the Middle East and South Asia settle in the country since 2015, Euronews reported.
