Gargasoulas has been identified as the driver of the maroon car that deliberately mowed down crowds in Melbourne, killing four and leaving 25 injured.
Many of the victims are said to be children, with one of the fatalities being a baby in a pram. Gargasoulas also allegedly stabbed his brother before his rampage.
His Facebook page contains numerous rants about police, religion, scientology and illuminati.
