Tesco Ireland have confirmed in the past hour that all of its Irish stores will be closed for the remainder for the day.
The news cones as stores opened this morning.
In a statement Tesco Ireland said all stores will remain closed on Monday, they also thanked staff who attended work this morning.
Tesco say all staff will be paid in full for the day.
