The Great Irish Water Con: Failed utility found out to have set up a subterfuge to allow for the return of water charges

The failed utility that is Irish Water has been found out to have used a subterfuge all along, to allow for the return of water charges in the future.

It has emerged that the company has brought forward regulations that require every new home to have a ‘boundary box’, and every apartment building to be fitted with ‘bulk meters’.

This implies that Irish Water installed hundreds of thousands of these boxes on the sly while they were fitting meters nationwide.

According to Irish Water, these devices are ready and prepared to be easily fitted with meters to measure ‘leak detection and conservation.’
