Veteran broadcaster and all time great Terry Wogan who sadly passed away earlier this has received a prestigious honour at Áras an Uachtaráin.
Sir Wogan who was a veteran of the BBC, was given the prestigious Presidential Distinguished Service Award for his service Abroad.
The veteran broadcaster, who sadly passed away aged 77, in January this year was honoured with 11 other Irish veterans for their outstanding work outside of Ireland.
Amongst others to honoured included Angela Brady, Nora Higgins and Brendan Fay.
