The Notorious Conor McGregor could face 7 years in jail and possibly never allowed enter the US again if he gets convicted of assault

It’s beginning to look real, very real in fact.

The Notorious Conor McGregor was released on bail following his arrest on Thursday.

Mcgregor, who turned himself in following events at the Barclays Centre on Thursday, was released on $50,000 bail and ordered to appear in court again in New York on June 14th.

Following his arrest, McGregor was charged with three counts of assault and one count of criminal mischief.

Reports Stateside declare that if convicted, Conor could face up to 7 years behind bars and following his sentence possibly never be allowed into the United States ever again as a result of the incident.

Some social media users are saying that it was whole publicity stunt – along the lines of the usual backstage storylines that are the norm in the WWE, but if that’s true then the UFC and Conor himself are putting a lot of risk under the mercy of a New York Judge in June.
