The Show Must Go On – Mayweather calls on McGregor to face off in Dublin after latest showdown in London

The Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather vs Conor ‘The Notorious’ McGregor promotional train shows no signs of slowing down this weekend as the pair continued to trade insults in London last night ahead of their megafight this coming August.

In what was the last stop on the tour which has seen both men trade verbal blows on stage, it seems that the undefeated boxer isn’t done yet as he taunted the UFC Lightweight Champion by claiming he is more than happy to stop off in the Dublin natives hometown before he goes home.

Although there has been no official confirmation about a possible Dublin showdown between the pair it seems ‘Money’ is determined to get under the Irishman’s skin by saying a thing or two more in McGregor’s hometown.

The pair which have traded blows in LA, New York, Toronto and London all week could be soon set to meet in the fair city after the boxer who holds a perfect 49-0 record challenged both Dana White and ‘The Notorious’ to another showdown live at London’s SSE Arena.

Mayweather who like his counterpart McGregor can dish out the verbal insults told the raucous crowd: “This is the last stop? I’m ready to go to Ireland.”

“Dana can we go to Ireland? Tomorrow, let’s go to Dublin.”

“I can conquer any country, they should have came and got me for the UFC if they wanted a real champion. I run the Octagon, I run the ring, me!.”

However not to be undone the Dubliner said that he was more than up for another showdown as he laughed and said: “Yes, I’d do it let’s do that.”

It is yet to be seen whether or not the pair will meet on Irish soil, but Mayweather could soon regret his latest challenge as surely he would receive a more than raucous response from the McGregor faithful.
