There could be bad news ahead for the Irish public after a new report on Water charges has suggested they could return in the near future.
The report which was published by an independent commission has allegedly stated that the Irish state must pay some form of charge in order to keep in line with EU guidelines.
The report which will be presented to the Dáil next was composited by an oireachtas committee made up of five Government TDs, four Fianna Fail TDs, two Sinn Fein TDs, and five members of smaller parties or Independents.
It is believed the details report will also outline a number of options on how to proceed with the issue.
