Thousands have attended a massive rally to free jailed journalist Tommy Robinson in London with smaller rallies in support of the imprisoned activist in other cities across the UK.
They are joined by another rally in support of visiting U.S President Donald Trump and thousands of police have been drafted into coral the two rallies the UK Independent reports.
Robinson was imprisoned for 13 months for contempt after filming outside Leeds’s Crown Court where the trial of, yet another alleged Muslim Child Rape gang was taking place.
Meanwhile, after a demonstration on Friday protesting U.S President Trump, his supporters in the UK gathered to demonstrate their good will towards the President and what they see as his politically incorrect yet factually accurate candor.
Unlike the anti-Trump protest however, police have cracked down on the Pro-Trump rally and said they feared that it merge with the large Free Tommy Robinson protest the Express reports.
It has also emerged that President Trump’s ambassador for Religious Freedom has urged the UK government to be more sympathetic to the case of Tommy Robinson, the UK Independent reports.
