Three children and two adults have been rushed to hospital after fire broke out their home in Co Wexford this afternoon.

According to RTÉ News the family were rushed to hospital after a fire broke out at the property in Mary Street, New Ross.

It is believed the family were rescued after a man aged in his 50s who was working on a house next door saw the family trapped upstairs as smoke and flames came from the house.
