Three Ireland issue an apology to their pre-pay customers after number of users receive bills charging them hundreds of Euro




Three Ireland have issued an apology to all its pre pay customers this morning after a recent error seen users charged hundreds of euro for services they did not use.

The apology comes after a number of customers issued complaints to the company after they received text messages informing them they owed extravagant amounts of money.

The company who are no strangers to controversy say the unfortunate incidents occurred after they experienced a technical fault within their IT system.

In a brief statement the have said that the problem has now since been solved and try sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

A spokesperson for the company explained: “I would like to confirm that this issue has now been resolved and we are working to ensure that the correct amount of credit is available on customers’ accounts.”
