Three young men in Sweden have been given prison sentences after they live streamed a gang rape of a woman on Facebook.
One of the attackers Reza Mohammed Ahmadi aged 21 was sentenced to two years and four months in prison for rape and accessory to rape, whilst the other Maysam Afshar aged 18, was sentenced to one year in prison for rape.
Meanwhile another man Emil Khodagholi, a 21-year-old Swedish citizen, was sentenced to six months in prison for aggravated defamation after he posted the rape live on Facebook.
The three men who will serve their full sentence term were arrested last January in the town of Uppsala northwest of Stockholm after angry members of a Facebook group, reported the horrifying attack to the police.
