The website ‘Mashable.com’ launched a celebratory day for social media in 2010. Each year, thousands of people organize hundreds of meetups across the globe. From Australia to the Philippines, all the way to Sri Lanka and Morocco, countries come together every June to participate in this global movement.
WSMD is a worldwide celebration that takes place on 30th June each year. Social Media has changed our lives both in the way we do business but also in the way we socialise.
