Star Wars actress Carrie Fisher collapsed while on a flight from London to Los Angeles on December 23 last. She was rushed to hospital, but sadly died four days later.

Medical reports said that Ms. Fisher suffered a massive heart attack at the time of the incident. A toxicology report has now revealed that cocaine, ecstasy, and a quantity of alcohol were present in her body when she died.

The medical report specified that the cocaine intake had likely taken place no more than three days prior to death.

Fisher had battled with substance addiction and mental illness throughout her life.

Tragically, Fisher’s mother, Debbie Reynolds, suffered a stroke and passed away one day after her daughter’s death.
