The toy retailer ToysRUs has fallen into administration, after eleventh hour talks to strike a rescue deal fell through.
3,000 jobs across the UK are now in jeopardy.
A receiver has now been appointed for the struggling retailer.
Most of the current stock is likely to be sold off before ToysRUs closes its doors for good.
