The Tracker mortgage scandal deepens today, as 5,000 more families have been added to the ever-growing list of those who fell prey to banks’ deceitful tactics when offering mortgages.
The number of mortgages affected by the scandal now stands at 38,000.
Banks have so far coughed up €580m in compensation.
