16-yr-old Vanya Krapivin was making a good recovery when tragically he took badly ill in October and died after becoming a national hero in Russia after rescuing his mother from being raped.
37-yr-old Roman Pronin was trying to have sex with the boy’s mother when Vanya tackled him and got hit with a 3kg dumbbell leaving his with severe brain damage.
The evil attack happened in May 2017 with the 37-yr-old sadistic animal fleeing the scene, believing mother and son were dead.
He has since been jailed for 14 years for their attempted murders and will now face a murder charge.
Tributes have poured in across Russia for the young boy given his bravery and what resulted in his tragic death. RIP
