According to reports in Spain it is believed that an Irishman was killed Iduring a road traffic incident near the holiday resort of Magaluf.
Although the man’s death has not been confirmed by the The Department Of Foreign Affairs local media say the man thought to be aged in his 40s, was killed after he was struck by vehicle which was driven by another man who tested positive for drugs and alcohol in Calle Pinada, which is about a five minute drive from the popular tourist destination
Reports also say local police are now investigating the incident and are also working to establish whether the deceased man was a tourist or a resident.
