In a truly tragic story a Californian nurse has spoken of how she learned of how her young brother was dying whilst working in a hospital emergency room.
The woman named Jennifer Medina tragically learned that her brother was dying when a hit-and-run victim arrived at her hospital in Mission Viejo on Friday night. Ms Medina said she horrifically discovered the unresponsive patient was her younger brother after identifying his wallet when doctors were trying frantically to save his life. Ms Medina told local reporters she immediately recognised the wallet as her brothers and broke down when she opened it, and saw his face.
The man named Cesar Andres Medina aged 23 died of his injuries he sustained when he was run over whilst crossing on a green light in San Juan Capistrano. Orange County officers have since arrested a suspect in connection with the crash over the weekend.
