The Health and Safety Authority have confirmed they have launched an investigation after two men died in separate workplace accidents in counties Offaly and Wexford.
One of the men a farmer aged in hus 20s, from Co Wexford, lost his life after his quad bike overturned into a ditch.
Meanwhile in Birr, Co Offaly the second victim also a farmer aged in his 70s died after he was struck by a tractor.
