There will be travel disruption for some commuters this weekend after a fire broke out on a main Irish Rail line.
In a statement released over the weekend Irish Rail said the main line from Dalkey to Greystones will remain closed until Monday after a technical fault occurred last night at approximately.11.30pm.
It is believed the rail service were forced to close the line after a fire broke out at at a signalling equipment room in Bray.
Irish Rail have said it will take a number of days to repair the fault and have apologised for any inconvenience caused.
