In a horrific set of circumstances, 53-yr-old Keith Collins was on a first date with  Jovi Pilapil whom he met through a dating website. They pair decided to meet at the Korean Kangam BBQ restaurant in Westfield Hornsby last night.

Originally from Dublin, Mr Collins moved to Oz with his mother and sister to pursue a better life in the sun.

He owned a successful Gosford Packaging Plus company in West Gosford, New South Wales and had just returned from a business trip to China.

The dad-of-two loved rugby was helped out at the Terrigal Wamberal Sharks Junior Rugby League Club in his spare time.

Posting online, Aisling, his daughter wrote:
“I love you more than anything dad, I’ll forever be your girl no matter what.”
His sister wrote:
“Love you big bro. Please, please be at peace now. Xxxx”

In a horrible tale, Alexander Villaluna, Keith Collins’ date’s former partner, attacked Mr Collins and stabbed him in neck and ran from the restaurant.

Tragically Mr Collins died at the scene before emergency services got there.

Police have arrested a man in connection with the murder.
