A Russian couple are facing the prospect of spending the next 20 years behind bars after they repeatedly raped their 13 year old daughter.
In what can only be described as sickening case of child abuse, the couple from Volgograd reportedly confessed to abusing their daughter in what they called ‘preparation for a sexual life’.
The young girl who has been left traumatised by the abuse was allegedly raped by her father and her mother between December 2016 and March 2017.
Although the couple both aged 35 have brazenly defended their actions, it is believed that the pair repeatedly raped their daughter whilst they all slept in the same bad.
Police investigating the alleged abuse say the young girl was subjected to relentless sexual abuse by her parents who were under the belief that their actions were preparing their daughter for future sexual encounters.
It is alleged that the young girl’s mother was a willing participant in the abuse which seen the girls father raping the girl whilst her mother lay beside them.
The young girl also claims that her mother also subjected her to relentless abuse as she repeatedly raped her by using an artificial penis during the sickening encounters.
Meanwhile the couple’s defence of their actions is made all the more harrowing as they reportedly told police ‘it was better off they carried out the acts instead of some maniac’.
According to Russian state media the pair have since been arrested and have lost all access rights to daughter.
It is reported that the pair could face up to 20 years behind bars if they are found guilty.
