Two Irishmen seriously injured in plane crash in Czech Republic




Two Irishmen have sustained serious injuries in a plane crash in the Czech Republic.

The men, named as Ger Doody and Ned McEvoy, were injured when their plane came down just outside Prague on Wednesday morning.

The pair, both in their 50s and from the Portaoise area, are understood to be lifelong aviation enthusiasts.

The details of the crash have not been made public yet.
