The incident happened at a play park on Dover St., just off the Shankill Rd., Belfast, last Thursday, when a shotgun was discharged at the location.
Two individuals, a 33-year-old woman and a 26-year-old man, have been charged in connection with the shooting, and will appear in court later today.
