Two students are reportedly in serious condition in hospital following a shooting incident at a Maryland High School.
According to reports in the US both a male and female student were seriously injured in the attack that also resulted in the death of the gunman.
It is believed the Gunman who later died opened fire at Great Mills High school shortly before 8am this morning which resulted in the injury of two students.
Police investigating the incident say the female victim is in critical condition in hospital, whilst the male victim is described as being in stable condition.
It is not yet known who the gunman died but it is believed that a number of shots were fired at the gunman by a security guard who quickly intervened after hearing the gunshots.
