Ulster Bank apologises to customers after “human error” causes disruption to some accounts

Some Ulster Bank customers reportedly saw their accounts being docked pay, at least digitally, this morning in what is being described as human error.

It must be stressed that Ulster Bank have stated this is a complete genuine mistake and it just a very temporary problem which they’re working hard at rectifying.

The digital error is said to be under control and things are said to be getting back to normal by tomorrow morning.
