Russian media are claiming two explosions in Russian metro stations are being “highly considered to be acts of terrorism”.
Two explosions have taken place in two St. Petersburg Metro stations.
Witnesses say two blasts occurred in a train carriage and in a separate station.
Local media has reported that at least 10 people have been killed and a further 30 are seriously injured.
A law enforcement source said there was a blast at the Sennaya Square metro station with a strong possibility of terrorism. Another blast was subsequently reported.
