The new Taoiseach Leo Varadkar has said his and the government’s top priorities are addressing the current problems within the health and housing sectors.
Mr Varadkar who was speaking with reporters yesterday also said that he and his new cabinet are determined to solve the current homelessness crisis and agree a favourable Brexit deal with the UK.
It was has been a busy week for the new Taoiseach and his colleagues he said the government must continue its hard work and deliver on its promises that they made to the Irish people.
Although his new cabinet was unveiled on Wednesday, Mr Varadkar and his ministerial colleagues won’t reconvene in the Dail until next Tuesday as the new department heads will almost have a week to briefed on their new responsibilities.
