There was some sad news announced announced earlier today as the actress Emma Chambers sadly passed away 53.
Chambers who is best known for her role as Alice Tinker in the Vicar of Dibley, reportedly died from natural causes.
In a statement released on Saturday her agent John Grant said: “Emma sadly passed away from natural causes on Wednesday evening.”
The statement continued: “Emma created a wealth of characters and an immense body of work. She brought laughter and joy to many.”
“At this difficult time we ask that the privacy of the family and loved ones be respected.”
Chambers also had a number of other acting roles including the role as Honey in Nothing Hill which starred Hugh Grant and Julia Roberts.
