Over the past few years social media has become awash with videos that highlight the dangers and struggles associated with mental health issues which rightly get shared thousands of times. Well now this latest video posted by one brave Dublin man has once again proven it is ok to speak up about your ongoing struggles.
The courageous young man Doug Leddin, has posted this deeply moving video which he hopes will help others realise that they are not alone and reach out and seek help when they feel like they have no were else to turn.
In the emotional video, Doug shows great will and strength to describe the differences between the life he led in front of his friends and family and the unknown torture that he was dealing with everyday.
The video has received praise from many who have supported Doug for telling the nation his experience and showing all of us that although someone may look fine they could actually be having serious struggles with everyday life.
