Wales breeze past Italy to move up to second in the Six Nations table




Wales have kept themselves in contention for second place in the Six Nations Championship after they secured a 38-14 win over Italy in Cardiff.

In a game that the Welsh is expected to win, Warren Gatland’s men picked up the pave following their defeat to Ireland two weeks ago. 

Italy who were hoping to cause a major upset were once again left ruing their ill-discipline tries from Parkes, North (two tries), Hill, and Tipuric gave Wales a comprehensive win in Cardiff.

Italy who did show some promise throughout the game did manage to score two tries over their own through Minozzi and Bellini.

Wales now fave France next week hoping they can finish runners up to Ireland who play England for a potential Grand Slam.
