Irish people are all over the Rugby World Cup – and not just for our own matches either.

Last night, New Zealand and France were playing each other in their World Cup quarter final at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff where the Irish literally were the only fans you could hear from the stands.

The Irish chants roused up the entire stadium. In the second half of the encounter, an incredible rendition of ‘The fields of Athenry’ was pounded out all around the stadium.

Ireland play Argentina in Cardiff today in our Quarter Final at 1pm on TV3.
