Women Only: Cinema in Co Meath bans single and unaccompanied men from watching new fifty shades darker movie

A cinema in Navan Co Meath has made the headlines today after it decided to ban single men from viewing fifty shades darker.

The highly anticipated sequel to fifty shades of grey is seemingly that raunchy single men are being banned form watching it.

Speaking about the decision Paul Egan, who records the phone listings for the Diamond Cinema, told The Irish Mirror: “Well, it’s meant to be a titillating film so I thought it might be better to keep the single men outside until we suss it out.”

“Sure it could lead to all sorts of temptation with women’s hormones flying all over the place, while watching the film.”

“It might be better to keep the men outside the door until we see if women can control themselves.”

Meanwhile the cinema have also warned young women that they should keep a fair distance from their boyfriend or partner whilst watching the movie, saying: “It’s on an 18 cert and it will be very heated, also we must stress that single men or married men on their own, will not be allowed in.”
