Met Éireann has warned of heavy rainfall in in the south and west today.
The Status Yellow Rainfall Warning applies to counties Wicklow, Donegal, Galway, Mayo, Cork and Kerry.
It warns of heavy rain accumulations of over 30 mm on higher ground.
The warning remains in effect until midnight tonight.
