Met Eireann have said we’re in for another cold snap as temperatures drop to an average of 5c across the country today.
The weather forecaster say:
“Sunday will continue cold and raw in moderate to fresh and gusty northeasterly winds.
“It will be a mostly cloudy day with scattered showers, mainly in the east and south, but becoming more widespread from evening.
“Again, there is potential for some falls of sleet or snow, especially about higher ground.
“Highest temperatures of 4 to 7 degrees, but feeling significantly colder in the wind.”
Wrap up well folks, you’re going to need the hat and gloves.
