Gardai have confirmed that they have arrested a second man in connection to the death of Thomas Dooley at a graveyard in Tralee on Wednesday.
The second man is aged in his 40s and is said to be well known to Thomas Dooley.
He will appear in Kenmare court this afternoon.
Meanwhile on Saturday, Gardai arrested one man following a fatal stabbing at a funeral in Tralee, Co. Kerry on Wednesday.
43-yr-old Thomas Dooley was stabbed to death, while a woman, believed to be his wife, sustained serious injuries in the attack.
Shortly after 5am Friday morning, his own bother, 35-yr-old Patrick Dooley was charged with murdering Thomas Dooley.
He appeared in court Friday morning and was not released on bail, reports RTE, due to the District Court being unable to grant bail.
Thomas Dooley’s case will be funded by the taxpayer as he was granted free legal aid due to being a carer for this wife and child.
