The world number 1 tennis player Novak Djokovic has ended Rafa Nadal’s unbeaten record in matches beyond the semi-finals at the French Open after he someone managed to beat Nadal in 4 incredible sets of tennis.
It’s just the third defeat of the Spaniard’s career at Roland Garros.
Djokovic stopped Nadal’s 26-match unbeaten run in semi-finals and finals in Roland Garros beating him 3-6 6-3 7-6 (7-4) 6-2.
Commentators around the world say that it was one of the best matches ever played, especially the third set which went to the tiebreak.
Djokovic will now play Stefanos Tsitsipas in Sunday’s final.
